Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is hosting the 2nd Health, Educators, Learners, Practioners (H.E.L.P.) Conference. This conference brings together professionals from Health and Education with a focus on improving outcomes for children with chronic and serious illnesses. The conference will be held at Sea World Nara Resort on the Gold Coast (Australia) from 18th to 20th of September 2013.
The theme for this year’s H.E.L.P. Conference is ‘The Ripple Effect’: How the effects of serious illness and treatment impact on children, their families, teachers and the health professionals who support them.
Focusing on continuity of education and the social/emotional impacts for children with serious illness the conference will provide information based on latest research, challenges and strategies to improve outcomes for children, families and practitioners.
The 2013 H.E.L.P Conference is an exceptional opportunity to share ideas, expertise and build collaborations with practitioners nationally and internationally.
