The 3rd International Health Educators Learners Parents (H.E.L.P.) Conference will take place in from the 10th – 12th June, 2015 at the Hilton on the Park Hotel, Melbourne, Australia.
All the people involved in the care of children with a medical condition are invited to submit an abstract for a concurrent presentation at the 2015 H.E.L.P. Conference. The theme of the Conference is: “Providing Today for a Promising Tomorrow”. It is envisaged that presentations at the Conference will focus on the importance of collaboration between Health and Education and interventions to improve outcomes for students with serious illness and their families.
Everybody is invited to submit an abstract for an oral presentation, workshop or a poster display. Abstracts are due by Friday, 21st November 2014 and are to be submitted online through the conference website at www.helpconference.com.au
