The Viennese Hospital School hosted as far back as 24 years ago an international congress on „Paedagogics during medical treatment“. With great pleasure I agreed to act as patron to the 10th Congress, which will take place in 2016 and again in Vienna. The Vienna Hospital School, which is world-wide one of the oldest hospital schools will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2017.

My best wishes for the success oft the organizing team, and that the participants have a pleasant and inspiring stay in Vienna.
