The Phoenicia Grand Hotel in Bucharest – is a four-star hotel surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens.

Access to the Phoenicia Grand Hotel is easy from nearby Henri Coanda Otopeni Airport and the facilities provide a wonderful retreat for Congress delegates. The Phoenicia Grand Hotel has worked hard to accommodate the requirement of participants at the HOPE Congress with disabilities and is refurbishing some of its guestrooms to make them more accessible for guests.

Conference rooms and meeting halls have a total capacity of 640 seats and are situated on the mezzanine of the hotel, whose surface is about 1000 square meters.
Delegates are required to book their own accommodation directly with the Phoenicia Grand Hotel. The accommodation comprises of various room types, and has 348 rooms and apartments onsite in total, so you are advised to book as early as possible. Rooms are reserved  on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please note that the Congress venue is not a very central Bucharest venue. If you do not choose to stay at this venue, you are advised to stay at another hotel in or near Phoenicia Grand Hotel. Please check travel routes and journey times to Phoenicia Grand Hotel from your chosen hotel in advance. It is not advisable to stay at a central Bucharest hotel as your travel time between hotel and venue could be over an hour.
