By air:
The nearest airport is Henri Coanda Otopeni Airport, approximately 15 kilometers from the venue. The venue hotel will operate a complimentary shuttle service which must be pre-booked with PAVEL organizers team. About transportation from airport to the hotels could be pre-booked in the same time in the accommodation registration form.
By bus:
The 780 Express line connects Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport with the Gara de Nord (main railway station).
The 783 Express line connects Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport with the city center.

By taxi:
On-demand taxi services are available at Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport. You may access these services by contacting the “Taxi by request” desk. The previous system, “Fast taxi”, is still in use.
The taxi station was relocated at the exit of the terminal, at the ground floor..
- Maximum Price for distance – 3.5 lei / km;
- Maximum Price for starting – 3.5 lei;
- Maximum Price for standing – 35 lei / hour.
These prices were established by the competent authorities (the General Council of Bucharest and Ilfov County Council).
Accosting customers, both by taxi drivers and by intermediaries, is sanctioned by taxi law (Law 168/2010 on the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2010). The implementation of the sanctions, in the airport’s area, is made by Transport Police.
